Overview:   We are seeking an individual with the talent, passion and desire to join the nation’s leading upland wildlife habitat conservation organization.  This position will provide critical support for the organization’s membership, annual giving, and customer service operations.  This role will utilize a variety of software applications to coordinate order fulfillment, manage inventory and complete customer service tasks.  This individual will work alongside our membership and annual giving team to strengthen relationships, support programs, and provide exemplary service to our more than 480,000 members, supporters, and partners.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate outbound shipments of membership and annual giving campaign premiums.
  • Pick, pack and ship premium orders often with high volume daily output requirements.
  • Pull and manage fulfillment lists for outgoing orders through our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Utilize MS Dynamics CRM for task management, order tracking, and updating of member and donor records as appropriate.
  • Utilize MS Excel and various postal meter software systems dependent on shipment carrier.
  • Receive inbound shipments of merchandise and reconcile them with internal inventory control processes and systems.
  • Assist the membership and annual giving team with tasks related to (status, shipment dates, tracking information, etc.) on individual member and donor orders.
  • Assist carriers with loading and unloading merchandise.
  • Other support duties and administrative projects assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • A passion for Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s mission, as well as knowledge and appreciation of conservation and the outdoors
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or advanced training equivalent) preferred.  
  • Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience.
  • Experience utilizing MS Dynamics CRM and StarShip shipping software (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to efficiently plan, organize and execute daily workload.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment completing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Forklift experience a plus.

Compensation and Location:  Commensurate qualifications and experience plus benefits. Starting salary range: $44,000- $50,000.  Location is based out of Pheasants Forever, Inc. headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota. Benefits include:
